By accessing or using Servicity's platform, mobile application, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Servicity is a hyper-local service marketplace platform that connects:
- Service seekers with skilled professionals
- Users with taxi and transportation services
- Service providers with potential customers
We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements between users and service providers.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Types
Our platform supports three types of accounts: Basic Users, Skilled Workers, and Taxi Drivers. Each account type has specific features and responsibilities.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

5. Service Provider Responsibilities
If you are a service provider on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your services and qualifications
- Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications
- Deliver services as described and agreed upon
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respond promptly to service requests
6. Payments and Fees
Our platform facilitates payments between users and service providers. We may charge transaction fees as disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on transactions conducted through our platform.
7. Disputes and Cancellations
Disputes between users and service providers should be resolved directly between the parties. Servicity may, but is not obligated to, assist in dispute resolution. Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers and should be reviewed before booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Servicity platform are owned by Servicity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Servicity acts as a platform connecting users and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties. You use our platform at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
